Helse Return Policy


We believe you will enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them. However, in the event you are unsatisfied, please review our return policy.


Returns


Products are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at support@helse.com and in most cases, subject to our refund guidelines, these requests will be honored. We will send you return instructions on where to send products and provide you with a return merchandize authorization # (RMA). Please do not send anything back before contacting us first. When emailing us, please include your order number and a brief message for why you are requesting a refund. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.


Broken or Defective 


If your item(s) arrive broken or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@helse.com within 15 days of the purchase date and include your order number and photo documentation of any reported damage or defect in your email. We will take care of the rest. 


Final Sales


Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable. 


How Long Do Refunds Take?


You will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email.


Refunds will either be issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund. It may take some time before it is officially posted.

Helse reserves the right to verify any refund requests and request a return of the products you purchased.
